Today was our 100th Day of School! It was very late this year due to the earthquake. I love celebrating the 100th Day with kindergarteners. It is all new to them and just getting to day 100 is like Christmas to them. I had a few kids that thought today was the last day of school. I hated breaking the news to them.
Here are the fun activities that we got to do today.
We used 100 blocks to build castles and cover our friends.
We made our 100 snack using 10 different yummy foods. We had to count 10 of each onto our mats.
We made what we would look like when we are 100. I always love seeing how these turn out.
We turned the number 100 into something. This happens to be a dump truck that is dumping. So creative!
We used bingo markers to make a really cool star paper. We had to put 10 dots in each section.
We also counted out 100 goldfish to put into our fish pond.
We had so much fun today. Thanks to Pinterest and all of the Bloggers out there who share their ideas.
